UST-1 UNDERSADDLE PICKUP FOR STEEL STRING GUITARS By Schatten Of Canada The new Schatten undersaddle pickups use a polymer coaxial piezo cable as the sensor element. This type of pickup has greatly improved string balance characteristics as compared to other types of undersaddle pickups. The pickup has a very natural tone, high output and excellent feedback resistance. Full fitting instructions are included, though professional installation is recommended. This is a passive pickup and is designed for use with a preamplifier. The pickup will operate with any preamplifier designed for piezo pickups.
